Prison Break: Photo Finish & Vamonos Recaps
This show just is freaking awesome. I can’t believe the twists and turns we have encountered so far this season. It is almost too much. (Lets just hope the writer’s strike doesn’t go on too long, the only thing that would make my blood pressure rise any higher than watching the show is when they make me wait longer than a week between cliffhangers! )
So…Michael knows Sara is dead. Lincoln told him. Finally. I just don’t know what to think about this. So far Michael has always been the good guy. Will revenge on Sarah’s death really be the thing to drive the whole season? I almost don’t even know if he would be willing to keep on. I know that they had to adjust the episodes due to the World Series schedules, but I think these two episodes would have been stronger as two separate weeks. I think the viewer was robbed some of the intensity and heartbreak and emotion that Michael was going through because we knew that there was one more hour. I really don’t think I have ever seen Michael get this angry before. Wow.

I really do believe that he wants to kill Whistler. It is so well done, nice work Wentworth Miller. You captured this audience. A quick issue I have with things lately though is why does everything they say lately seem to have to be said in a low toned angry whisper. I know you don’t want people to hear you and I know you are threatening people, but come on!
Here is some more Michael getting ready to kick some ass. Dang. (Doesn’t the guy in the red look like he should be at a basketball game or something? haha)

I was disappointed at the extremely quick way they brushed over the fact that Michael found out that Sara was dead. I know he had other things on his mind, like the whole escape plan…but let’s be real here. I am glad that they had Bellick discussing Sara and giving him some heart. I had sort of forgotten about Bellick knowing Sara and that it would affect him to hear this news.
I really enjoyed seeing Sucre take one for the team and put his car in front of the van. I am still worried about him and the fact that he took that money from those untrustworthy looking guys last week. But I am glad to see that he will do what it takes to help the brothers. I was really really REALLY hoping and believing that he might sneak up behind the guy who had a gun to LJ’s head so that he could save the day for Lincoln. That would be just too easy wouldn’t it? They already had the convenient ending to the Whistler/Scofield fight when the siren went off. Lucky, Lucky boys. Although I really did think that Whistler was going to kill Michael, didn’t you? I don’t trust him. But really, with the way he lied to Michael I barely trust Lincoln right now and he is one of my favorite characters.
Who do you think will step into the reign of power at Sona? My prediction…none other than my favorite bad guy…T-Bag. That’s my guess. We will see what happens next I suppose…
And then what does Prison Break love more than anything else?? oh yes! A cliffhanger ending that makes you want to say WTF?? What is going on now???? Well that’s what happened tonight….
